Book Easily Online!

Use the button below to book your massage appointments.

***We are not currently accepting new clients.  Erin is only seeing people she has seen in the last year. Please read the pop up when booking for more details***

Step by step…

1 – Choose the appointment you would like to book from the list.

New clients to An Essential Knead must choose one of the “Initial Visit” appointments (not currently available).
If you have already visited any Therapist at An Essential Knead or if you have seen Kassie Harker at her last clinic then do choose the “returning visit” options.
*  Pregnant or under age 16? Please choose the appropriate category

2 – Click the blue “Book Now” button

after that…

3 – Confirm the appointment you want to book

(fees shown do not include HST that will be charged; Kassie’s fees are different than shown, see “Massage Therapy” for a complete list).

4 – Open the “Select a Practitioner” drop down.

 – if you know which Therapist you want to see then select their name from the list.
 – if you do not have a preference, choose “First available” to see many choices. (this option has been temporarily disabled, you must choose an RMT)

5 – Select a day you are interested in.

The program will show you the first available appointment for that day.  You may choose it of course but if you would like to see other options, click ’show other times’ and pick one that works for you.

Of note:
* Choosing “new client” can also mean new to using our system but you have already been to the clinic/Kassie. For example, you haven’t been to the clinic since before November 2018.

Add appointments@clinicsense.com to your safe sender list.
In short, you will receive an email when the booking has been completed, please read it.

As of March 1st, 2020 all clients will be required to give a credit card to book an appointment. This credit card number is stored by Square, not our office, and you will ONLY be charged if you do not attend an appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice.

As always, you can call the office and leave a message but you can’t reach a Therapist directly by phone so please email with any questions.
